The program offers an intensive training regimen spanning no more than four weeks. It encompasses conferences, visits to exemplary companies, workshops led by seasoned practitioners, and on-site internships to solidify the acquired knowledge. Tailored specifically for young individuals of African descent aspiring to become entrepreneurs, it aims to initiate their ventures in the National Capital Region and Canada at large.

Moreover, AFFER allocates 25% of its resources to aid accomplished entrepreneurs within the Black community, facilitating the launch and success of their businesses.
